For the REKA game, use the official web bug form or the studio address recorded on Steam. Website corrections belong to this unofficial site, not the developer.

Game bugs: Fireshine's public REKA bug-report form is linked by the official support page. It can be opened without launching or logging into the game. That FAQ still includes old early-access plans; its 2025 forecast and old Deck statement are not current release facts.

Game support email: [email protected], from Steam's support_info.email field (one checked platform source). Mail delivery, response times and attachment limits have not been verified, so no service-level promise is made.

Purchases, refunds and accounts: use Steam Support and Valve's refund policy for a Steam purchase. These are Valve policy sources, not a custom REKA refund scheme. This fan site cannot access orders or grant refunds; consult the seller for purchases elsewhere.

Report template: Subject: REKA - [brief issue]. Include the symptom, when it started, expected versus actual result, Windows version and hardware, and build/version only if already known. Provide existing error text/screenshots privately where appropriate. Do not publish credentials, payment data or personal save files in community posts.

No need to start the game to prepare a report. If version information or logs are unavailable, say so rather than guess. For an error on this website, use its contact page; do not send website corrections to the game studio.
