The deadline appears in the 26 October launch announcement and Shochiku's launch release. Shochiku specifies a scheduled 7 November, 21:00 Japan-time finish. This corroborates the sale window, not US dollar pricing; check your region at Steam checkout.
REKA Deluxe Edition, bundle 45053 contains exactly REKA and REKA Soundtrack. Its checked US page displayed USD 16.00 for the bundle; the soundtrack separately displayed USD 5.99 regular / USD 4.79 sale. These are Steam-only snapshots. Deluxe adds music, not new story chapters.
